01 · Choose your coverage

The handle face and the painted area beside it are two different surfaces. Choose the combined set when protecting the surrounding paint is your priority.

4 handle films + 4 oval paint-surround films. Covers both contact areas on all four doors. Each surround is shaped around the handle opening.

NUVEREN recommendation: choose Handles + surrounding paint for the areas where fingertips, nails and rings can brush the paint while opening a door. Choose Handles only if the handle faces are the only surfaces you want to cover.

Film only. Installation tools, spare pieces, replacement handles and rigid covers are not advertised as included. This is localized protection, not a full-door or full-car PPF kit.

02 · A straightforward fit

Not for Model S, Model X, Model YL or aftermarket handle covers. The clear film follows the original handle face; it is not sized to fit over a thicker add-on cover. If the handle assembly or surrounding panel has been changed, ask us before ordering.

Use the vehicle’s model year, not its registration or purchase date. Juniper may be described as “2025+” in international listings; its North American model-year fitment is included here under 2026. No separate finish or annual model-year selector is needed.

03 · Keep the original look

Clear coverage.
Without a color change.

Transparent TPU lets the original paint and handle finish show through. It adds a flexible sacrificial surface over the area you choose, helping reduce direct contact from routine use.

An installed film edge may remain visible at close range. This is not a black handle wrap or a chrome-delete accessory. It does not repair scratches that are already present.

Precut for the touchpoint

Vehicle-specific shapes define the coverage before installation, with mirrored left and right pieces. No freehand cutting on the vehicle is intended.

Flexible TPU

A conformable surface layer that follows the selected contact area while keeping the underlying finish visible. Check the edges periodically and replace worn or damaged film.

04 · Keep the handle moving

Protect the surface.
Keep the gap open.

The handle must press inward, pivot outward and return normally. Position the handle film inside the handle-face boundary; place the surround on the adjacent paint. Never bridge the moving handle to the door.

  1. Clean and inspect. Work on cool, sound, clean surfaces. Remove dirt, wax and incompatible residue with products suitable for the paint and film. Do not apply over peeling paint or damaged coatings.
  2. Match left and right. Lay out the four-door set with liners on. Align each handle shape and oval opening before removing any backing.
  3. Apply using the correct film method. Follow the application guidance for the supplied material. Do not assume another brand’s slip-solution recipe, curing time or adhesive instructions apply. Contact NUVEREN before peeling if those instructions are missing.
  4. Check movement and edges. Press, pull and release each handle. Check for trapped contamination, edge lifting or film entering a moving gap. Never cut directly on the car.

A professional PPF installer is a good option if you are unfamiliar with applying precut film. Glossy clear film can change the appearance of matte paint or a vinyl wrap; confirm the surface before installation.

05 · Everyday care

A little care.
A cleaner finish.

Clean with a soft cloth and film-compatible car-care products. Avoid abrasives, scraping and pressure-washer jets aimed at the film edges. Follow the film-specific curing guidance before washing.

Inspect the film occasionally for lifting, trapped dirt or damage. It is a replaceable surface layer, not protection against dents, door impacts or every scratch.

What is a door-handle “cup” or “surround” film?

On this Tesla product, it means the oval protection film on the painted area around the flush exterior handle. It is not a deep cup for a conventional pull-out handle, and it does not cover the whole door.

Does one set cover all four doors?

Yes. A NUVEREN Handles-only set contains four handle-face films, with the left and right pieces needed for all four doors. The combined set includes those four handle films plus four paint-surround films.

Can I buy surrounds without the handle films?

This listing offers Handles only or Handles + surrounding paint. The combined option already includes the handle films, so you do not need to add the Handles-only option as well.

Does it work with original chrome and black handles?

The listed original handles use a matching flush handle-face profile. Choose your vehicle option; the transparent film preserves the underlying color. It does not turn a chrome handle black. Aftermarket covers and changed handle designs are excluded.

Will it affect opening the door?

Correctly positioned film stays on the selected surfaces and out of the moving gap. Test each handle after application. If the film catches, overlaps the gap or changes the return motion, stop and correct the placement before use.

Can I put it over existing PPF, a ceramic coating or a vinyl wrap?

This listing is intended for original, sound vehicle surfaces. Additional coatings and film layers can affect bonding, appearance and removal. Ask your installer or contact NUVEREN before layering this film over them.

Will it hide existing scratches or provide a lifetime finish?

No. Clear film leaves existing surface marks visible and will itself wear over time. No lifetime, self-healing or impact-proof claim is made for this product.
